About Geeks on Wheels:

Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have spent over two decades assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of tech repair, malware removal and everything in between, so you can enjoy your laptop, computer, smart TV, Wi-Fi network and other technology, exactly as you are meant to.

“3rd time using GOW and Nate was brilliant! Got my printer online and sorted in no time - he is very knowledgable, efficient and patient. He took the time to explain in an easy to understand way, and made sure I had no questions or further issues before finishing. Totally recommend Nate and GOW!! I was contacted quickly after submitting my original online request, and the communication since then has been awesome.”

“Richard was on time and the problem regarding the 'inaction' of the printer was diaognised and sorted. Several laptop problems unrelated to the printer were modified and the computer given a 'once over'.”

“I contacted Geeks on Wheels for assistance with upgrading my home Wi-Fi system. I had been lulled into "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" complacency with my 9 year old Wi-Fi system, but finally invested in a new, modern MESH system. After contacting Geeks on Wheels, they were very prompt and professional with getting back to me and lining up one of their capable Wi-Fi wizards to come out to my house in Christchurch. A technician named Sam showed up sooner than expected and I'm grateful to have had his expertise during the upgrade as we hit a few New Zealand specific idiosyncrasies with the set-up process that would have had me perplexed. Sam sorted them out easily and efficiently by virtue of his much greater experience and training. I'm very pleased with the fair pricing, calm professionalism and flawless end result. I can gratefully recommend Geeks on Wheels to anyone needing prompt assistance with Wi-Fi or any other related technological necessities in their home.”
