Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Have used Geeks for some time for a number of issues. This issue was with a Brother Printer which I bought from Geeks just over a year ago, was still under a 4 year guarantee and had become just about unuseable.. There were some problems in getting resolution from Brother which were frustrating. But to keep a long story short, Vaughan was very helpful as was his team leader, Andy, when the situation needed to be escalated. I was less than happy with Brother - I do not think the matter would have been resolved without the intervention and help of both Vaughan and Andy. Thanks to both of them I now have a new printer which was delivered quickly from Brother by NZ Courier Post. Hopefully it will last longer than the previous one. I will certainly carry on using Geeks - they are just wonderful for people who, like me, are less than totally computer literate. And so convenient that they visit at home to solve any problems.”

“Excellent service, Sashika was here within the hour of me requesting a call out. Sahika was polite and straight on to the job in hand which wasn't the easiest, trying to sort my router and fibre issues out but he persisted and eventually managed to get it all up and running smoothly again. All this was done in a great time. Sashika ia a great representative of your company. Thank you again.”

“Consultant turned up on time and despite having to work with clients who have limited IT experience (very limited), Jack was polite and professioanl and continued to work around the issues faced until solutions were found. He transferred the files from the very old laptop to a newer version and got us up and running with minimumfuss.”
