Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Amazing service, Vivek was incredibly helpful and patience with my 94 year old mother-in-law. We has spent 3 hours trying to get her iPad working with her Apple ID etc... to no avail, should have given up way earlier but finally saw sense and phoned Geeks on Wheels and they arrived with 2 hours to save the day. Thank you!,,”

“More than happy that Vaughan was able to fix my problem and update my computer. He was very efficient,friendly and informative. Would definately use Geeks on Wheels if needed -although hope not.”

“We were recommended this business by a colleague and we also experienced very good service. Our job was interrupted due to another, related fault, and our technician was able to help us sort that problem and then come back on Saturday morning and complete the work.”

“Extremely fast response and Tom was brilliant. He ended up fixing several things for me because we had a half hour still left after the issue I had initially called about was fixed. Very knowledgeable and helpful - absolutely worth it!”

“Chance was a pleasant and competent young serviceman. He wa able to quickly understand the needs of an old man 82 and provide exactly the servicee I required. i would be very happy to employ him should I have future needs in solving computer problems. A very pleasant experience”

“Thank you for helping us online for FREE!! We lost internet connection and thought we needed to replace our modem, after purchasing a new one from another company we could not get all devices logged back in. Geeks on Wheels have an online chat option and it turned out we only needed to do a factory re set on our TV in the end! We had spent the best part of 2 hours at home trying to work out what was going on. Highly recommend.”

“I found Aaron to be very pleasant and lovely to have in our home. Very diligent and although a tricky fix has managed to get us going again. Computer wasn’t set up properly but he has now rectified that and checked all our files.”

“While being more expensive than I imagined I would never have solved the problem without the help of Geeks on Wheels, They arrived on time but could not complete the job on site so removed the case to head office and completed the work at head office”
