Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“FANTASTIC! service today thank you Josh and extra call out for Manny @ Marketing. My long list of support needed was flipped on its head into a resolved and completed list in no time at all. Manny your expertise was a real asset in solving the facebook issue in real time. Highly recommend the friendly and efficient team from initial call to book support through today. “Thankyou so much. Chris did an excellent in setting up my new HP,( Envy) Laptop Computer and transferring all the programs and emails across to my new HP Computer from my Samsung Tablet, which I will still continue to use when travelling. I am truly!!! Grateful. Chris also showed me how to perform Certain functions on my new Laptop. Sincerely, Guy King”

“Vaughn did a great job on working out quickly what the problems were .. he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problems, but did a full diagnostic check on the whole computer and did updates and clean ups which has given my lap top a "new lease on life"!!”

“Had never heard of them until a friend suggested them to me. Loved that all services are listed on the website as I had called multiple businesses and all were no help. Woman on phone was lovely and Donovan who showed up was very friendly, whole thing was quicker and easier than anticipated. Overall great experience and really helped me out.”

“Dear Geeks Thank you for your message We had the Geeks (Jacob D) last week helping me to work the passwords in 1Password. Jacob was very helpful and all seemed to be fine when we finished but soon afterwards it was only working intermittently and at other times giving a message "incorrect url". I rang the helpline but they were unable to correct it suggesting I made another booking with Jacob, who has been here this morning. He has now corrected the issue, which I think was due to a clash between 1password and Google chrome passwords. On both occasions I found Jacob very helpful and easy to work with. He explained clearly what was happening and showed me how to do it correctly sometimes several times! I have had Geeks helping many times over the years but Jacob has been outstanding in all respects, presentation, information re arrival, helpfulness and patience. I would always hope he would be available next time I have difficulties. Thank you, Vernon and Sally Harvey”

“Thanks for sending Amamdeep to sort out our change of Email provider. I had been worried about how I would handle this as my computer skills are basic. It would have taken me at least 2 days to puzzle over the procedure and cause me endless frustration. Amamdeep made the job look easy with speed and skill. A job well done.
