Geeks on Wheels is a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome technology and help solve your computer problems.

We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have spent over two decades assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of tech repair, malware removal and everything in between, so you can enjoy your laptop, computer, smart TV, Wi-Fi network and other technology, exactly as you are meant to.

“What should have been a half-hour job turned into four hours from no fault of our own, but due to staff not being able to do the job. Granted, we were given some credit, but under the CGA and reasonable timeframes should only have been charged for what would be a realistic timeframe for a qualified person to take out one modem and put in a new one of the same brand with no major changes required - which with our last modem change with a different provider was half an hour. We thought we were employing someone who could do this quickly and easily, but that didn't turn out to be the case and we are the ones who have had to pay for it.”

We do our best to keep our prices at a fair and reasonable level, devices purchased through us include a free 2-year warranty, antivirus cover for the first year, 3 months free access to our Geek Helpline Remote support desk and a clean install of Windows to remove all manufacturer bloatware - all at no additional charge. “I have used the Geeks on Wheels services a few times now and they are always fantastic at sorting out all of my tech problems. I make sure I have a list of various things that I want to install, fix, delete or rearrange on both my tablet and laptop. They are highly skilled when it comes to technology and always have the answers to my questions. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their tech.”

“Received some outstanding service from Tom the Geek and have asked that he be my preferred Geek for future IT support at my home. He fixed a difficult internet connection problem which another IT technician from another IT company gave up on fixing. After fixing the internet connection problem he ensured that the TVs in my home were able to connect to the internet and that I would be able to watch my favourite movies and history doco's. I highly recommend Tom for his great customer service and his technical ability to get my internet problem fixed. Regards, Doug”
