We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

“I found Jack to be punctual, courteous and efficient. He was also prepared to contact the manager so that there was no charge for today's service as I had had an identical problem 2-3 months earlier, so I appreciated that Geeks showed a customer- centred approach (rather than profit at all costs). Jack was also patient in explaining how he was dealing with the issues, even though I am a self-confessed Luddite. Once again, Geeks provided an efficient, personal service and were willing and able to address the job on the same day that I reported the fault. In that regard, reception staff were also excellent.”

“James was excellent to deal with and he sorted out my IT issues as quickly as he could and nothing was a problem. I was so impressed (and thankful that my technology was functioning) that I signed up immediately to the remote assistance programme offered by the company. Thanks heaps again James for sorting my tech out and setting up my printer. Otherwise it would have stayed in the box!”

“The technician Paikea was on time, polite and knew what he was about. All questions answered and issues resolved. Expensive but if one doesn't have IT savvy friends/rellies an hour visit is worth the $$$$.”

“Once again, thank you Geeks for providing a technician (Justin) who arrived exactly on time and who serviced my computer by cleaning it of unwanted tracking cookies and junk files plus updating firmware, and most importantly to me, locating and downloading a missing cursor which had disappeared without permission.”
