“I am sensationally upset. I made quite clear on the initial engagement that we had a locked Apple Id, after talking to Apple support about this, I rang Geeks for a second time to again confirm that we were dealing with a locked Apple Id. Before Mannie's visit my daughter had a working iPhone, Mannie did an iTunes factory reset of the iPhone which is now no longer working, BECAUSE, GUESS WHAT, it has a locked Apple Id. After having to pay GoW $253 to render a working iPhone useless, I now have to buy my daughter a new iPhone because Apple won't unlock the Apple Id for all the reasons explained to GoW TWICE! before and to Mannie during the visit. If you think I am upset, you should give my wife a call.”

“My computer was never looked at and my requirements have not been meet in any way. So far I have not been offered anything that looks like customer service.”

“Problem not fixed. Tech didn't know anything about my issue even though I had explained it in depth to the person I booked the appointment with. Now it's worse! Would like Kodie Murray to contact me after 3.30pm to discuss and hopefully sort this!”
