Technician was an hour late for my appointment today. Usually on time previously. When arrived things done promptly but still coming to understand new programme installed on my computer. Taking a bit of time.

Disappointed to be let down by change of Technician. Was not given any update as to when my new iPad was coming, when it was not delivered as promised when i agreed to purchase through your Company

I am very disappointed as the wifi still isn't functioning. Did he even look at it? Nothing about it on the job sheet. I'm sorry but I don't feel like giving a rating. Didn't test it at the time as I had to rush to see someone after agreeing to change the time of the visit.

Monday 30 Sept, morning I now have two Yahoo emails, the default one is ex Internet Explorer, I have to use that to get to the other one which is ex Microsoft Edge. Now being asked if I want the Microsoft Edge browser. Can’t understand how the wrong drives were being used for storage, obviously something we did. Everything was going slow over the weekend, but has now sped up. During the weekend, was regularly getting “not responding” while trying to use both Yahoo mail & Google. Also while typing into Google or an email the typing/screen would freeze, for more than 9.9 seconds. And I was and still am getting the occasional black screen. 30/9, 11am, Just tried to get into Genesis/Energy IQ and was told, again; “Sorry, your browser is out of date!” Skype has continued to work well through everything, apart from Skype-specific problems.

When my email was "upgraded" 3,000+ deleted emails turned up in my in box. As part of the change back I wanted the deleted emails removed from my in box but I wanted all those after November 2018 kept as I wanted all the Christmas letters. I asked him to delete them as they were removed as he was more able to deal with 3,000 than I was. After that was completed I was amazed to find I was fully charged for the remedial work. It was also at that stage I was informed that my email system would "soon" become obsolete and would have to be replaced. I feel totally conned.

Did all i wanted and a bit more , i wasn't counting on it taking more than one hour. I just cant live with the fact that i paid someone $480 for 3 hours work . Im a 49 year experienced qualified LBP builder with lots of over heads and outlay and with that, Take many responsibilities and liability for my service . My sentiment is that you are not worth more than me , i pretty much have now to work 7 hours to pay for the privilege of your service . Not unhappy about the result or efficiency . But how come you think you are worth this much an hour ,Wow

I felt less satisfied with Daniel compared to other technicians I have had. He turned up smelling strongly of tobacco or similar today. I feel he is young and needs to develop a more professional manner.

manny had trouble understanding what i was asking of him and he set my computer t something i didnt under stand and had to have a callout to fix it

I know John said he still had to transfer some items from my old computer to the new (he took my old computer with him), but I didn't expect to be left without the Word application. (Your hotline man his since installed something to tide me over until John comes back on Thursday.) I also can't find my contact e-mail addresses. I hope he will eventually transfer them.

I was pleased with the flexibility shown by Armon, by pro-actively suggesting he come early, and I was very happy with his conduct - he was polite and respectful, and offered help when I needed it. I was happy with the way he got my computer working with the Deco unit upstairs, the patience he showed re-setting my passwords and the help with unpacking and setting up the new TV. I was disappointed he couldn't get the Bluetooth working from my computer (it is 'too old' apparently), that he couldn't get the Freeview tv working (it needs an aerial, apparently), and that he couldn't get my computer connected to the tv (I couldn't find an HDMI cable). So, not good outcomes overall, but not his fault I suppose. I did feel he over-explained things and spent a long time telling me why my wi-fi connection drops out, the intricacies of why he couldn't get the Bluetooth working, etc and that is reflected in the unexpectedly high bill. I think the outcomes I got could have been achieved in half the time and I wouldn't have felt quite so aggrieved at the cost. Anyway, in future I will keep a closer eye on the clock when using your services, and seek help for the simpler things (like setting up Netflix) from my friends and colleagues.
