Geeks on Wheels are a mobile computer support and repair task force. We travel to your home or office to fix troublesome computers and help solve your computer problems. We have staff based in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.

Here at Geeks on Wheels, we have have spent more than a decade assisting New Zealanders with their IT needs – we take the stress and frustration out of computer repair and malware removal, so you can enjoy your laptop or computer as you are meant to.

We have a genuine, customer service-based philosophy, delivering the experience and expertise you should expect from a team that have been visiting Kiwi homes since 2005.

“Callum is such a delight, anybody in Wellington should be asking for a visit from him. What a wealth of knowledge, the friendly face, and a modest attitude to go with it. This was the second visit I had had from him and I can honestly say Geeks should be proud to call him one of their own. I always had issues with my outlook but NO MORE! I never believed in magic before Callum was able to work his on my laptop. Once again, wonderful asset to the team, I see a bright future for this intelligent young man.”

“Thank you so much. I cannot let this reply pass without acknowledging what a huge credit Rohan Mehta is to your company. I’ve used your services for some years and whilst always very content Rohan brought my satisfaction to a whole new level. He was brilliantly efficient, unfailingly courteous and thoroughly pleasant. He took time to talk to my kids and the mere fact they stayed in the room after their introduction spoke volumes - kids are usually right and always brutally forthright and it was lovely not seeing them vaporise on contact. He’s a poster boy for what everyone should be like whether in this service, or another. So, I salute you Rohan, and corporate ‘Geeks’ for your windfall in harnessing this shining asset. He will go very far, and he’ll be very happy applying with effortless ease his command of subject, and the calm he brings his moronic, panicked customers, luddites like me! “Awesome service - Callum was very clever and helpful, sorted all our issues no problem at all which was amazing as we had been having these issues for a week and called another IT company which made the issue worse not better. Callum sorted it first visit so very happy”

“proficient knowledgeable service for an issue which I did not know how to fix myself . All done per phone. Andy was very patient & reassuring. so proud of myself I managed to fix the spring in the mouse with a tiny crochet hook. many thanks MAF”

“Although I have been somewhat disappointed with the computer this company provided me with in October 2020, compared to other models I had previously, I am very impressed with the speed at which I was contacted to have the issue sorted out. These guys obviously take their customer service very seriously, which is always a good starting point.”

Thanks for the feedback, Antoinette. I think there was a little confusion here with the call centre member you spoke to today. I have had a look at this situation and your laptop has a 2year warranty and so is well within the warranty period of the device so we would happily look at it for Free. I will give you a call today to discuss this further and organise a time to visit.

“JP was awesome to deal with, came in and sorted out one of my issues pretty quickly explaining what he was doing as he worked through the process. While he couldn't solve the other issue he was able to offer a suitable replacement. He kept me up to date on the delays and followed through on what he had promised. Very happy with JP.”
