Ashvin was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time and quickly sorted out my Printer WiFi connection problem and also synced my phone to my printer and recommended I transfer any docs from my phone to Google Drive then send to Printer. He also gave me some advice to ensure connection remains stable. We also discussed TV's VCR's and Ash recommended purchasing a 55 inch Smart TV for my living room and recommended some good brands and showed me his tablet and recommended when my Chromebook goes south I should consider replacing with an Apple tablet which would give me a more reliable choice. He also checked why my bluetooth was intermittently not working and he fixed that problem and BEST OF ALL he showed me how I could turn off AI on my new phone which kept jumping in when I was texting and putting in information I had not asked for and even worse the information given was incorrect and it was taking me ages going back and deleting the info Ai supplied and finishing my texts. I was ready to throw the phone into a very wet place!!!!. Absolutely would recommend Ash's service and knowledge and will be a regular client of Geeks on Wheels in future.

Angus turned up on time, was tidily dressed and well spoken so I was comfortable withv him in my home. He instantly diagnosed my problem and solved it, then spent some time servicing the computer snd tuning it up. I was well pleased

Post scam, I had an appointment the next business day. Very helpful competent tech. answered my questions, and gave me the steps I needed to progress.

Tom came into our business and gave all systems a good health check, proctaivley looked at system use / age, and updated security software. Good attitude and really helpful.

I accept,the fact that I had a very old computer and that the one I replaced it is 10 years old. And it may be that the issues with my computer were such that the Geeks did not understand the issues involved. But it cost nearly $800 to get set up. This form does not list all possibles. I conctacted geeks by the website. It took a few days for the reply to come back

The technician Angus, transfered data from old machine to new one and explained how everything worked. He also checked out that all systems were working correctly before departing. A very good representative for your company was this young man.

As previously, Amandeep was most helpful and instructive. He solved the problem experienced with my printer since updating to Sequoia, moved the printer to a cooler spot in my apartment, enabled photos from new phone to back up on Google and arranged storage to 100 gb. I appreciated his clear explanation of how to use and benefit from Geeks + - and his assistance in subscribing for a year.

Anthony was very helpful and solved all my technical problems, of which there were a few. He installed an updated OS, deleted expired files and restored my computer to a very high quality. I was very impressed.

jack was very efficient and showed instant understanding of the problem. He had access to research and was able to solve the problem which was that I had no access to magnification with a new desk top computer. and windows 11. He was also able to solve some problems with Windows 11 and explain some things. Thank you Jack.
