We have staff based across New Zealand in Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō, Hawke's Bay, New Plymouth, Kapiti Coast, Wellington, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, Ashburton, Dunedin and Invercargill.

“The team member was terrific - very knowledgeable, fixed the issues quickly & provided other great suggestions to help improve the overall performance of my computer. Quick & efficient. I am very happy with how my computer is now operating and running.”

RobC was knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful in all that he did for us over 2 visits recently. “StephenF provided an excellent service. He readily understood my problems with accessing my Gmail account and worked through fixing all issues. He also provided a cleanup process to improve PC performance and made changes to allow easier startup, shutdown and restart commands. StephenF was great at communicating what he was doing and why. I am very happy with the service provided by Geeks.”

“I have had 3 occasions now where I have received assistance from Geek technicians. Every one of them has been courteous, pleasant and so knowledgable and I have been very grateful to them. (With reference to the questions below, I did not require any deliveries.)”

“Knew what I needed done, but didn't know how to do it. Got it organized, and more. Very happy. Not guys that try and sell you stuff or take longer time just to get more money. Guys know their stuff and just get on with it.”
