“Best value flights I could find, needed to call and got through to customer services straight away who then dealt with my issue swiftly. Impressed with Kevin for everything so far.”

“I phoned you after I booked a flight and I need to cancelled the ticket and change the flight, I contacted you if I can get refund and re-book, but one of your staff didn't help me at all. Then I contacted a different department. You helped me a lot. Even though it was a very small amount, I got refund and you helped me a lot to re-book flight. You have contacted me 3-4 times to make sure that I got a right flight. I very much appreciated your help and patient with me. Thank you very much.”

“I couldn't be happier with the service from Jordan. Jordan went above and beyond to help me and gave me the best service possible, he listened to my concerns and took time out to find the best possible outcome. Not only does Jordan have a lot of experience in travel bookings he is extremely kind and helpful. I will absolutely use this PH Travel again and I will definitely be returning back to Jordan.
