“Booking was very simple and KEVIN was fast and helpful with his response when we made a mistake with the DOB of one passenger. On this basis we trust you will be able to help if we have any problems. The chat service is much better than any other operator, and that cost is very good. Many thanks. Nick Gibbs”

“I thought I had booked the wrong ticket for my flight and I wasn't sure if I had booked a ticket with check in luggage and was obviously very stressed out about it. Sarah was really helpful kept up contact through email and phone and sorted the issue out for me straight away. Thank you very much for all of your help!”

“It was not the lowest price, but as the reviews were good, it seemed the place to go. Booked with them & there was issues finding the right date of births years. Pointed it out to the chat section & Sarah responded to me fairly quickly, took my number called me & fixed it up. Then sent me the proper link to pay on. It was great.”

“Booking this last minute flight with assistance from Richard Neeson remains one of best occasions I've had with a Customer service agent. He was cool, calm and collected over the phone; patient and accepted responsibility, while explaining the reason I could not get my earlier booking through online. He took charge of the process, confirmed a variety of options, within my budget allowance and now I can travel to attend my very important International Conference in Nigeria. Thank you Richard.”
