“Well done Freddy, job well done. I have phoned several times to change my return flight date due to an unexpected wedding taking place whilst I am on my holiday. I was not impressed with the service I recived previously or the price I was quoted either, but luckily I phoned today as one last chance and Freddy sorted me out nicely in terms of the service I received and the price quoted and subsequently paid.”
