I booked a flight to Qatar with GetAFlight through Skyscanner. I realised after I was overcharged £120 due to a "technical glitch". I called the customer service team regarding this. A member of the team kept trying to justify it by stating you pay the price at that "moment" in time and due to the volatility, it could be higher than originally quoted. That "moment" being clicking pay now and loading the payment screen! I was flabbergasted at the customer service received. Another member of the team noted the discrepancy on my invoice online and the amount paid. I was told the finance team will contact me the next day as they were closed. They didn't contact me so I called them and spoke to the floor supervisor only to be given the theory about price volatility - not impressed at all! At that point, I asked for a manager to call me back as I was getting nowhere. I looked online to the see the invoice price had been updated to the overcharged price. A good thing I had printed it out then! Richard Neeson (team leader) called me the following day and this post couldn't do his customer service justice. He apologised about the technical glitch that lead to me being overcharged. He was really empathetic and resolved the problem with ease and a touch of class- something the previous customer service assistants I spoke to can learn from. He offered to call me back to confirm receipt of the refund into my account and I have been given his contact details for any queries I have. He really turned it around. My family and I are really looking forward to our holiday! Thank you Richard for all your help.

Received an email to say there had been a change to my flight schedule. I asked if I could see the changes before agreeing to the changes and Sophia quickly found the changes. Simple query dealt with efficiently.

Ruby from the agency is a very polite person and she was very helpful, keeping me up to date with changes the airline made via email but also followed up personally to ensure that I was aware of them. Would definitely recommend for travel booking.

Was a great price and communication with Jitty Varghese was excellent - calling me back, emailing etc. Slightly frustrating that my cards wouldn't be accepted but they honoured the prices and ensured that everything was sorted by bank transfer.

The flight prices are competitive and the customer service was good but problems with the payment failures reduced my overall satisfaction. I tried multiple cards with different browsers but without success. Only when using bank transfer was payment accepted. This narrowed down my options on this holiday.

I ran into complications, phoned and was able to speak to Richard Neeson. He analysed the situation I was in and was empathetic towards seeing what could be done. We discussed many things with great communication I found easy to decide my options. Overall went great and now I can enjoy my flight!

It was not the lowest price, but as the reviews were good, it seemed the place to go. Booked with them & there was issues finding the right date of births years. Pointed it out to the chat section & Sarah responded to me fairly quickly, took my number called me & fixed it up. Then sent me the proper link to pay on. It was great.

I phoned you after I booked a flight and I need to cancelled the ticket and change the flight, I contacted you if I can get refund and re-book, but one of your staff didn't help me at all. Then I contacted a different department. You helped me a lot. Even though it was a very small amount, I got refund and you helped me a lot to re-book flight. You have contacted me 3-4 times to make sure that I got a right flight. I very much appreciated your help and patient with me. Thank you very much.
