The flight prices are competitive and the customer service was good but problems with the payment failures reduced my overall satisfaction. I tried multiple cards with different browsers but without success. Only when using bank transfer was payment accepted. This narrowed down my options on this holiday.

I ran into complications, phoned and was able to speak to Richard Neeson. He analysed the situation I was in and was empathetic towards seeing what could be done. We discussed many things with great communication I found easy to decide my options. Overall went great and now I can enjoy my flight!

It was not the lowest price, but as the reviews were good, it seemed the place to go. Booked with them & there was issues finding the right date of births years. Pointed it out to the chat section & Sarah responded to me fairly quickly, took my number called me & fixed it up. Then sent me the proper link to pay on. It was great.

I phoned you after I booked a flight and I need to cancelled the ticket and change the flight, I contacted you if I can get refund and re-book, but one of your staff didn't help me at all. Then I contacted a different department. You helped me a lot. Even though it was a very small amount, I got refund and you helped me a lot to re-book flight. You have contacted me 3-4 times to make sure that I got a right flight. I very much appreciated your help and patient with me. Thank you very much.

Booking went without any problems and received our e-tickets by email not long after. Had a call from Eva Smith today, asking if I needed any further info, and if so on a later stage to give her a call. Only flying Nov so will leave another review after our trip.

I am so relieved now after waiting for my booking made 4 weeks ago to be resolved which end up to not be a Uk booking . The transfert process time was a bit long than expected but, I am happy to work with Kevin walker on Chat who handled everything in a professional way and knew how to deal in such situation, he was so patient and he would explain quietly the process. I truly recommend Get A flight online booking, easy , flexible and secure. Thanks.

I had to use the online chat as I had an issue regarding flights I booked. The only thing I would say is don't just say "I advise you to go to the airlines site" rather then asking me what the issue is. I couldn't log in I have to keep resetting my password to get in which is stupid! But when I told Sarah the issue I had she advised me & we sorted it. Which I was happy with in the end. But next time ask what is the problem. But Sarah was helpful! Thank you
