“I called about a query of my name, Richard Neeson answered and was very reassuring and extremely helpful. I had booked 2 tickets under one reservation and Richard was able to send us to 2 separate e tickets which we needed for work Purposes. It is SO nice to be able to talk to someone instead of a robot and the person so helpful. Thank you.”

“I am so disappointed with the customers service team they don't listen to us. I paid £1800 for flight tickets from uk to pakistan quetta and returned . On the way back from quetta to karachi was cancelled my flight I did not receive any email or anything I trying to call and emailing no one answered to me and I had to take another flight from quetta to karachi I don't wanted to miss my others flight connecting flights. I tock another flight from quetta to karachi cost me 50000 pakistani rupees. They don't refund my money back. Please don't buy tickets from getafilight”

“Was a great price and communication with Jitty Varghese was excellent - calling me back, emailing etc. Slightly frustrating that my cards wouldn't be accepted but they honoured the prices and ensured that everything was sorted by bank transfer.”

“The airline cancelled my flight but I was lucky enough to speak to Richard Neeson telephonically, who went above and beyond to ensure that I managed to find another flight that suited my itinerary (not easy as I could only fly within very specific dates/times due to work and another domestic flight connection). His friendly, kind and professional manner made me feel so reassured in what was an extremely frustrating and stressful situation and he did indeed sort everything out! I cannot recommend the company or Richard Neeson more highly and will definitely be using his services again. Five star service all the way!”
