“The process of booking our flight online was smooth and efficient, unfortunately I had to call them by phone as the promised e-tickets did not arrive as advised. Sophia the operative I spoke to was polite and dealt with my request efficiently and quickly.”

“Called them to book a flight and Jitty was lovely and helped me to book, and then after I paid for my flight, called me again saying the price was increased and I could either get a refund or pay extra to keep the flight the same. I asked to have a refund and then was told I'd have to pay a £100 fee to cancel, even though it wasn't my fault for getting the booking wrong. Decided to keep the original flight despite the price increase. Jitty was lovely and understanding throughout, but my issue is with the efficiency and company policies :(”

“There was a misunderstanding with my booking and I was transferred from one person to the other but Kevin walker , the last one who I talked to, was very patient with me as My temper was getting the best of me during our conversation. Thank you”

“An excellent experience. My customer service assistant Mr. Richard Neeson very quickly addressed my problem regarding additional baggage and found me the best price available. He did well in explaining the whole process to me and was both extremely friendly and professional throughout. He also has encouraged me to be in touch with any further queries leading up to my travel. I will definitely keep this experience in mind next time I book a flight. Thanks Richard!”
