This morning, I was looking for a flight from London-BKK in May 2023 and finding Eva air from Getaflight from Google search. When I was going to book a ticket, there was "no baggage check", but it said it would include 2 pc of 23 kilos checked in luggage. Thus, I telephoned 02077257000 at 9.30 AM on 20th Feb 2023. Jitty Varghese, picked up the phone straight away. She checked the prices and the 2 bags were correct. Then, she sent me an e-mail for payment. At 10.30AM, I completed a payment and telephoned back at the same number. Surprisingly, Jitty Varghese picked the phone up again. She sent me an e-mail with the flight details and asked me to check the name , flight details and click reply back. I asked her when I would get the flight ticket and she said I should get it within the next couple of hours. I told her I would call her again if I had not received my ticket by the end of today. I asked her why the name of the company that I make the payment to is not the same as the website. She kindly explained the company register in the UK and I did check in the companieshouse. At 3.00 PM, I was very glad to receive the flight ticket, with an airline booking reference. I checked on the EVA website and it works. Therefore, I am happy with their services and would use their service again. It is very nice to talk with real humans, not only bots that cannot answer anything.

I was assisted by Jitty and what a smooth and wonderful experience it was. She seemed very kind and patient. Helped search for various flights and got me the best possible deal. Very happy and satisfied with the service.

Then I tried to book two days ago the payment was declined after trying with three different cards. Later when I checked with my banks in Canada it turned out that Getaflight.co.uk only accepts UK cards. I had to ask a friend to help me out. However, I paid the original booking price. To note, the staff were quick to respond. Especially, Kevin Walker in Sales was very helpful.

I was quickly notified of the flight time's change and once I accepted the change, I received the new e-ticket within two days. Charlie was there when I called to ask about the change and he called me to check I received the new e-ticket.
