“The bed was a good price, and is quite sturdy, we ordered the underbed draws too. There was more work putting together than I had anticipated, for example 52 screws for each draw. Without a power driver (with adjustable settings), this would have been a nightmare. We ordered the power adjustable beds, obviously these are bought in, and come with scant instructions (still can't figure out what the 9v battery connector is for). All said and done we are very happy with the bed now it's all built, it feels like it will last and is super comfy.”

“We unfortunately had an emergency and had to be at the hospital the day of the delivery, therefore missed it. Despite force majeure circumstances, the company insisted on having us pay another delivery fee. Any other company would have tried at least one more time before charging for failed delivery, and the reason we missed would be understandable to most considerate people. I feel I was taken advantage of in a time of difficulty, and will consider this experience in the future.”

“I went to the factory showroom and was impressed with the quality of the beds. The staff were very helpful. Ordering the bed was incredibly easy. Excellent communication before delivery. Delivery was exactly as described, quick and friendly. Setting the bed up was pretty straightforward for two people to do. I really like the bed now it is in my home, exactly what I wanted. Build quality is excellent. Thank you, highly recommended.”

“Love the variety of bed designs, finishes and sizes - so helpful in our situation of a house move where we needed a space saving design that was both sturdy, contemporary looking and functional. Being able to accommodate a matching design under bed drawer was a delightful bonus, as was the discount on offer at the time of purchase. Delivery was timely and the assembly instructions were relatively straightforward to follow. We received helpful on-line advice regarding the most appropriate choice of mattress for our needs and the bed/mattress is already proving it's worth in providing comfortable and good quality sleep. Would buy from this company again in the future.”

“Very happy with our new bed and mattresses. We got a superking-size bed with 2 EU singles, which has worked perfectly. We also found chatting to the team helpful to try to figure out which bed sizes would work.”

“Love the bed, feels very solid. Building it was Ok, but a little more frustrating than it needed to be because one of the instruction pages is wrong (figure 4 on the bed shows the screws going in from the back of the headboard rails for the base cross beams rather than the front.) The long beam also had a support for the ottoman base on the inside at the headboard end that needed a little trimming too. Support were really good at helping me and I am really happy with the finished bed. Feels very solid.”

“We ordered the low oriental small double bed for our daughter. Bed was delivered on time. Easy instructions, straight forward to make. Everything labeled as per instructions. Lovely, sturdy quality bed. Very happy with it”

“Love my new bed and mattress. Delighted that I paid for the white glove assembly - worth every penny as team constructed bed in record time and were polite and professional whilst doing. They spotted that 3 of the drawers were not good enough and took them away to be replaced - if I had been assembling myself, doubt I would have noticed. Looking forward to receiving replacement drawers, will then be a 5-star experience.”
