“Great product at a competitive price and coupled with excellent customer service. The fact that you can tailor your bed in a number of ways is a real differentiator. I would highly recommend the white glove delivery service too.”

“Customer service is great - lots of communication and they’re easy to get a hold of with questions. Delivery from the UK to California was quick! The bed is well made and smells like real wood, but it does have a glaring design flaw that bothers me. The lip of the bed is flush with the support slays such that the mattress just sits on top, but this leads to seeing the unsightly support slays in the corners (see photos).”

“Customer service is amazing, they've very fast to reply and willing to help anyway they possibly can. I think the prices are great, you get to customize a bed you like!? I fell in love with knowing that they guarantee the entire thing and will replace even slats if they break even though they're fairly thick so hopefully that won't be happening!! Delivery was as stated, came when they said they would, very helpful.”

“Excellent service, took the delivery people about 20 minutes to install the bed. The end product is fabulous, with an immaculate finish from the hand made materials to make a bed fitting for a king and queen. My nights are now made of dreams.”

“Overall, the bed is great and I would recommend it. To get negatives out the way - I paid extra to get it delivered on a certain day, the company tried to change the day I asked for and then there was no, even vague, time frame as to when it would arrive - only a day specified (when moving house, time is of the essence!) - but perhaps different delivery options would have provided a different service. Good things - it was delivered with no issues in the end! Easy to assemble, in boxes light enough to carry. The bed creaks a lot when I sit on it (and I'm not heavy!) but it's brand new so probably just settling in. It's comfy, the floating shelves are fun and stronger than anticipated!! And there's plenty of under bed storage.”

“Bed - White Knight Space Saver Small Double in Coffee Bean Purpose - For my sons surprise bedroom makeover for his 14th birthday!! Review - Get Laid Beds have quite simply been outstanding in every way. The bed is incredibly well made and excellent quality. The customer service was second to none, the white glove delivery service, which included erection of the bed ... superb and invaluable. My son (and labrador) are delighted with the new bed. Perfect for a small space. Thank you”

“Great looking bed, adds a great feature to the room style. Communication updates throughout manufacturing time was informative. The website is terrific and shows colour finishes, the 3D image gives a very good representation of bed style and helped me in final choice. My only slight hiccup was delivery day, it did come early though, day before arranged date., but my room wasn’t quite ready for it, luckily my son was around to move some stuff. The assembly team completed promptly and took away any packaging. Quality of solid oak wood finish is good & nicely complements the other oak furniture in same room. Thank you for your service and would look at using again for future purchases.”

“Very happy with the overall service and quality of the bed. We ordered an Oxford adjustable motorised bed. When it was delivered the motorised parts were not. As soon as I contact them, it was sorted out and the original delivery price refunded as a courtesy. Putting the bed together (with excellent bed instructions but zero instructions for the adjustable element) you can appreciate the fantastic craftsmanship and the overall quality. Thankfully, I have some tricky furniture assembly knowledge courtesy of another company (that shall remain anonymous blue and yellow are their fav colours)! My wife is a wheelchair user and to have a motorised bed is something we both hoped for, for a very long time....find one that a hoist can fit under has been a tricky business!! However, this bed is ideal, no perfect and we are extremely pleased with it. Thanks getlaidbeds btw love the name ;)”

“Terrible experience! Wrong parts were delivered, so could not assemble our long awaited bed! Called the supplier, response was “take pictures of all the parts delivered, so we can figure out what parts are missing” Really?!?! For a super king size bed there are over 80+ wooden parts, if not more! This is a total joke and I will be asking for a full refund! Not to mention cracked side bed and broken packaging! Waste of time!!!”

“We found the customer service very good - the delivery guys even delivered early (having checked this would work for us first). We paid slightly more so they would build the bed for us - very much worth it - they did a great job and were quick and kind. The Deco bed that we bought is good quality and looks great. No scuffs or bumps. Price seems very good to me when compared with other well known suppliers of wooden furniture. All up - we are very pleased, I would buy from this company again and I have already recommended them to friends and family.”

“Seamless service, craftsmanship is exceptional and sturdy, and the assemblers were professional, arrived on-the-dot and assembled the bed in no-time. We bought the bed and mattress for my daughter, and she loves it. As she has a smaller room we thought it may be too big, but it fits perfectly and compliments the room. I’d strongly recommend Get Laid Beds.”

“We ordered the Japanese platform bed without a headboard and with two under bed storage boxes. It was exactly what we were looking for - solid wood, low profile, storage options and reasonable price. We were so impressed with the quality! We easily assembled it ourselves in about an hour. When we raised questions about our order, we received a prompt, courteous response. Great customer service!”

“Customer service has been absolutely amazing, even as we had questions when putting the bed together there was someone on hand to send us photos on Bank Holiday Sunday! We are absolutely thrilled with our bed, it is exactly as we had hoped. My only negative would be the delivery. We were given no courier info, a delivery time of 8am-8pm and no tracking info. Sadly our bed was also split by the courier so we received 2 boxes one day, and the following box the next day. Overall we are delighted but I would suggest looking into better courier options”
