“LOW FUJI ATTIC BED Very pleased with this beautiful, well made, sturdy bed. The whole process of ordering, delivery & white glove assembly was excellent. The bed arrived in two quite small packages - this was a great relief, as we have a very steep, narrow staircase with a tiny landing and a tight turn. It would be really helpful if the size of the packages could be shown on the website.”

“I ordered the Floating Bed in Kingsize with a satin grey wash stain. From the ordering process to delivery the process was really simple and seamless. The communication from this company is the best I have ever received from the order confirmation right through the delivery process: David text me the night before to let me know he would be with me at 7am. Tracking texts were also sent so I knew they would be on time. I opted for the white glove delivery and install and as soon as the bed arrived both David and his colleague got to work and in no time at all my bed was fully assembled. They were super friendly polite and efficient and gave advice regarding the bed. Good old fashioned customer service that is rare these days. The quality of the finish is outstanding and the wood stain is amazing I am so pleased and especially with the high quality chunky wood. The wood has a beautiful satin finish and is super sturdy. It was so nice not to be sleeping on loose rickety slats for a change. These slats are solid and they live up to what they are supposed to do. I am so happy with my lovely bed.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. When I placed my order I then realised I needed to change the delivery date, the staff were really helpful and very friendly. I was kept informed of the bed's build progress. We opted for the service where they build for you which was perfect and we are really pleased. It suits my son's bedroom and is super comfy. Thank you to all at get laid beds.”

“We are very happy with our London bed and under bed storage drawer. Your staff were very helpful in sending me two separate sets of wood samples which helped me make the right decision in selecting the Cinnamon stain which goes really well with the furniture already in the bedroom. We were fortunate in buying the bed during a sales promotion which was even better still. The only criticism I have is that there were no instructions enclosed to assemble the bed or drawer unit. This made the assembling of the bed and drawer a little longer.”

“Bed - Oxford bed, small double (4') in Honey (satin stain) with curved legs. I had been looking for a well made small double wooden bed for my son's bedroom makeover for his 22 birthday. After much searching, I came across Get Laid Beds, my son and I were impressed by the choice of sizes, styles, colours and finishes, truly exceptional to find these days! The bed arrived on the day of my choice, was easy to put together (my son did it and he had never put any furniture together before) and looks and smells fantastic. He is very happy with it, and so am I! Top marks for a very well built, excellent quality wooden bed!”

“Excellent customer service, very helpful & friendly. Excellent workman who assembled my new bed in quick time. Selected my own delivery slot Excellent bed and quality craftsmanship. Excellent and reasonable price for the quality you receive. Bed has also made huge a difference to the nights sleep and provided extra comfort that was noticed on the first nights sleep. If we decide to upgrade, we'll be using get laid once again.”

“Customer service is great - lots of communication and they’re easy to get a hold of with questions. Delivery from the UK to California was quick! The bed is well made and smells like real wood, but it does have a glaring design flaw that bothers me. The lip of the bed is flush with the support slays such that the mattress just sits on top, but this leads to seeing the unsightly support slays in the corners (see photos).”

“Customer service is amazing, they've very fast to reply and willing to help anyway they possibly can. I think the prices are great, you get to customize a bed you like!? I fell in love with knowing that they guarantee the entire thing and will replace even slats if they break even though they're fairly thick so hopefully that won't be happening!! Delivery was as stated, came when they said they would, very helpful.”

“Overall, the bed is great and I would recommend it. To get negatives out the way - I paid extra to get it delivered on a certain day, the company tried to change the day I asked for and then there was no, even vague, time frame as to when it would arrive - only a day specified (when moving house, time is of the essence!) - but perhaps different delivery options would have provided a different service. Good things - it was delivered with no issues in the end! Easy to assemble, in boxes light enough to carry. The bed creaks a lot when I sit on it (and I'm not heavy!) but it's brand new so probably just settling in. It's comfy, the floating shelves are fun and stronger than anticipated!! And there's plenty of under bed storage.”

“Bed - White Knight Space Saver Small Double in Coffee Bean Purpose - For my sons surprise bedroom makeover for his 14th birthday!! Review - Get Laid Beds have quite simply been outstanding in every way. The bed is incredibly well made and excellent quality. The customer service was second to none, the white glove delivery service, which included erection of the bed ... superb and invaluable. My son (and labrador) are delighted with the new bed. “Great looking bed, adds a great feature to the room style. Communication updates throughout manufacturing time was informative. The website is terrific and shows colour finishes, the 3D image gives a very good representation of bed style and helped me in final choice. My only slight hiccup was delivery day, it did come early though, day before arranged date., but my room wasn’t quite ready for it, luckily my son was around to move some stuff. The assembly team completed promptly and took away any packaging. Quality of solid oak wood finish is good & nicely complements the other oak furniture in same room. Thank you for your service and would look at using again for future purchases.”

“Very happy with the overall service and quality of the bed. We ordered an Oxford adjustable motorised bed. When it was delivered the motorised parts were not. As soon as I contact them, it was sorted out and the original delivery price refunded as a courtesy. Putting the bed together (with excellent bed instructions but zero instructions for the adjustable element) you can appreciate the fantastic craftsmanship and the overall quality. Thankfully, I have some tricky furniture assembly knowledge courtesy of another company (that shall remain anonymous blue and yellow are their fav colours)! My wife is a wheelchair user and to have a motorised bed is something we both hoped for, for a very long time....find one that a hoist can fit under has been a tricky business!! However, this bed is ideal, no perfect and we are extremely pleased with it. Thanks getlaidbeds btw love the name ;)”
