“Good quality solid beds however one star lost because of poor delivery, 2 out of 8 boxes arrived 5 days later. This isn't acceptable. I was told this was unusual by customer service team but it's clearly not as other reviews have mentioned issues too. Get Laid Beds are the ones who choose their 3rd party suppliers for their deliveries so it is very much in their control to set SLAs and manage them if they are consistently failing to meet the set standards. Offering a refund of the £29 delivery doesn't really make up for the inconvenience and stress to customers, far better to use a reliable courier and charge for it.”

“This is the second bed we’ve purchased from GLB and once again, a very good quality, sturdy, bed. We plan on further purchases - so a loyalty discount wouldn’t go amiss! 😉”

“My son was really impressed with this bed. I got him the low bed with no headboard, dark walnut, and the quality of the wood was good excellent. Very authentic, and such a beautiful piece. I was kept informed throughout the process, and was able excited to hear that the bed was custom made. My son likes authenticity and imperfections, and so he is a very happy lad! Will definitely come back here for our next bed!”

“We love our bed the quality is unmatched and very unique style. I had to contact customer services for a few queries regarding the delivery date and they contacted me within a few hours on a Saturday! I will be looking to order under the bed storage to match very soon.”

“I absolutely love my new Oxford double bed from Get Laid Beds. Looked at lots of bed websites on Google, then came across Get Laid beds. Really good website, with detailed descriptions of all the options and great photos. Huge amount of choice - size, finish, additional options. Made choosing our new bed a real pleasure. Great service from start to finish and the new bed transforms our room! Thank you!”

“We've ordered two bed frames from Get Laid. The quality of the frames themselves are really good, we were impressed with how nicely finished they are. Also, the customer service team are really nice. One of the frames had a damaged piece, and we were worried they wouldn't replace it as we'd ordered the bed quite a few months in advance of building it, but they replaced it no questions asked. Also, the first time we attempted to build the frame, we build placed the sides upside down, when I called to ask why the mattress wasn't sitting properly, and freaking out we'd ordered the wrong size, they were so patient, sent extra instructions on how to build. How they didn't call me an idiot and hang-up, I'll never know. So highly recommend”

“Assembly manual far from clear None of the screw holes pre-drilled Centre frame 1cm oversize had to saw it myself Storage box not delivered Storage box castor wheels so small that whole frame sinks into carpet - had to buy my own bigger wheels”

“Bed is fantastic, very well made and sturdy. Delivery was on time. Instructions for assembly could have been much better. A spare part was included in the package and this was not made clear which was very confusing.”
