“It is disappointing that the company do not offer an assembly service and the instruction sheet was almost incomprehensible, however following the labeling on the bed (which was not identified on the instruction sheet) worked and ithe bed assembled well. The mattress however is dire. Far too soft, it feels like you are lying in a canyon. The mattress costing over £1.000 will have to be replaced almost immediately, for something former.”

“High quality British bed (all the parts were made in the UK). We were impressed with the quality of the bed made for us. We went to see the showroom, ordered it on the day, got progress emails and it was delivered on the scheduled day. Very happy with the whole experience. If you are looking for a homegrown bed, look no further! Highly recommended!”

“Lovely bed, looks great, found the instructions were easy, apart from the fact there was a two piece rail under the headboard, which didn't appear on the instructions. However we did easily sort it and the bed is excellent. We love it.”

“We are very satisfied with our bed. The construction is reassuringly simple and stress-free involving the use of Phillips head screws and an electric screwdriver/drill instead of awkward Allen keys and IKEA Design features. It is the first bed where we have actively felt the support that it offers during the sleep and it makes a huge difference. You drive the screws into the wooden frame itself meaning you can absolutely trust them compared to the usual fold out design which gives practically nothing. You can smell the wood and the statement headboard is stunning. The value compared to mostly inferior beds in the same price bracket especially when on sale is unbeatable. This is all rounded off with an 11 year guarantee. I have taken the time to write this as as a business owner I understand the value of reviews and products of real quality and value are too few and far between.”

“We are really pleased with our new four poster bed and it was made and delivered really quickly. The assembly did take us the majority of a day but it was straightforward enough once we understood the instructions. One thing I would say is the posters do feel quite rough and we will need to sand them slightly to prevent splinters/cuts etc.”

“We love the London bed! Searched high and low for a good bed frame at a decent price and so very happy to have found Get Laid Beds. Communication from the company was great – they let us know when the bed was being built and then again when it was being shipped. It took about an hour to put it together. The process was fairly straightforward, though I would suggest that the company provide a bit more detailed instructions. The frame is super solid, looks great, and our 13-year-old son loves it! It is perfect, just what we were looking for.”

“Dear Gentlemen, Received the bed frame, but haven't put together (due to space is still under renovation) but for purposes of this feedback, we took inventory of the parts and found out that the we are missing 4 60mm screws from the indicated 22 screws, we only have 18 pcs of the 60mm screws. Kindly send the missing parts ASAP. I also sent an email on this, kindly refer to that as well. Thank you/ Jean”
