“So far so good! My king size oxford bed was fairly easy to assemble, feels really sturdy, slats are thick, no fear of them breaking, no creaks or weird noises when I move around on it. Overall this seems a lot more solid and well designed than my old bed.”

“Ordered the London bed with floating shelf and under-bed storage box. It came it in 6 easy to move boxes. I was able to put bed and storage box together by myself in about 3 hours. I am very pleased with the bed.”

“The Bed arrived on time, although some packages where missing. After doing a full inventory I contacted Customer Service and after some back and forth, they supplied the missing parts swiftly. After this little mishap, everything went as planned. We now hav a new Ottoman and an Everyday mattress and we are sleeping better than we have in the last 7 years. Also, love the colours, the materials, and they do have a great the company name xD Fully recommend.”

“I was so excited for our new bed to arrive. I wanted a good sturdy superking. Upon arrival we assembled it and much to our dismay there was no center support. There it a “t “ plank to cross under the slats, but the span of the bed, being a super king and very wide, is too far a distance to offer proper support with the pine slats provided. The entire bed slats and cross support sagged and bowed terribly. They are made of pine and very soft and flexible. Probably not the best material, especially when the company prides itself on the sturdiness. We ended up buying center leg supports on Amazon and installing them. It’s certainly helped. We are not large people at all. I can’t imagine if a larger person or two bought this bed. The exterior frame is solid and nice, and if you bought a double or smaller, I’m sure it would be fine. But adjustments in design are necessary when you have a six foot wide bed with regard to center support. Overall I’m disappointed out of the box with quality. Once we spent extra money and time installing the center support, it’s fine. However, I didn’t pay for a bed to spend more money to modify it after the fact. I wouldn’t recommend. I’m keeping it because we found a modification to remedy the issue, but certainly not what I expected given how they advertise how “sturdy” the beds are.”

I'm sorry to hear that the deep fitted mattress sheets were too deep for your daughter's bed, and I understand how frustrating that can be. The sheets are advertised as fitting mattresses of approx. 30cm - 32cm deep. Regarding the inability to return the opened sheet, we do have specific policies in place for returns of such products once opened, the unopened one was arranged to be returned. “We had high hopes with the platform bed we purchased and were really impressed when the bed came, the wood quality and ease to put together (my husband is an experienced carpenter). Unfortunately it’s the squeakiest bed I’ve ever had. The frame creaks just turning over in the night. We are waiting until we move now and we will fit braces across the corner to permanently fix this issue. Far from ideal, I wouldn’t recommend or buy again.”

“Delivery has been a nightmare and we are still waiting to receive all the parts of the bed. We keep getting told it will be delivered on x date and it never turns up. We have spoken to three agents and no one has been able to sort it. It’s been about 6 weeks.”

“Delivered when promised (10 days after ordering). London bed - 3 elements to the headboard, the bottom element is approx 5mm shorter than the top two, therefore does not sit neatly. Fortunately this is not visible when the bed is in position. Fixing screws for the bed slats do not leave enough clearance to use a power screwdriver, so they have to be screwed in manually. Otherwise the bed has come together very nicely and looks good.”

“I’m still waiting for a delivery of my order which was scheduled for 20 December with no updates provided. I live in a rural area where deliveries are supposed to take an additional 3 working days. This wasn’t made clear when the order was placed. Very poor customer service for an expensive product.”
