“Amazing from start to finish, delivery as expected and the white glove + assembly service was amazing and 100% worth it. Chris and Susan assembled the bed and 4 under bed storages in less than 1 hour, leaving the room clean and tidy. They have been very professional but also very friendly. Very pleased with the bed quality and colour too. Recommended without any doubts!”

Good Afternoon, I can see that you have been in contact with the Customer Service Team and they have issued a replacement for you. This will be with you on the advised date. “The bed arrived in 6 packages, with instructions in Packet 6. Assembly was straightforward, following the instructions. Everything fitted together well with no problems. The assembled bed looks good, was sturdy and creak free and our first night on it was very comfortable.”

Good Morning, We are very sorry that you had issues assembling your bed frame. We do pre drill majority of holes fully, others we only lightly mark as a guide to allow for a tighter fit. We do not pre drill where the slats will be placed. We are very sorry this did not meet your expectations. “An amazing experience all around, and when booking in for delivery they were very accommodating on dates for me. The bed itself is stunning, with very good quality and workmanship. Zac installed the bed for us and he was also super, efficient and professional. Every aspect from order to end was a high standard, and I couldn't fault a thing. The company had everything I needed in one place, and I was able to purchase bed drapes and duvets in one go. The duvet is of great quality and I've had the best night's sleep. I'll be sure to enter the monthly competitions they run too!”

“Very pleased with the bed and four drawers. Easy to assemble and looks great. We did not receive our bed on our chosen day. No notification of why. I had to chase. I did get emails back quickly when I asked questions and then was sent a message with our incorrect phone number and email that they said they had passed to the delivery company! Hence we received our bed two days later, rather inconvenient as we had to reorganise our time to be at home. Hence only four stars.”
