“A great service for family trips. We always ask for booster seats for our children and drivers have never let us down. They always meet us with a sign at the airport and help us carry our luggage. They also often offer us water. Not a bad word to say.”

“When I was in Milan, I had to book several transfers and was recommended Gettransfer. I was impressed. All the cars I travelled in were clean, well maintained and comfortable, and it was easy to use. Now I also recommend them!”

“I always book my transfers in advance. I like the sense of security that gives me, especially when I travel overseas. Gettransfer is the way to go - I know everything about the driver and the vehicle in advance. Very reliable.”

“The original driver cancelled the booking. We had to pay a surcharge of $12 for the replacement driver! So I wanted to give gettransfer 1 star. But the new driver Kadyr was wonderful. He was polite, smart and had a sign. He immediately took the luggage to the car - a new fiat egea.”

“So easy to book and a great choice. I would like to mention the professionalism of the drivers. They were friendly, polite and spoke English, which was an important plus for me as I don't speak Spanish. They also took me to the right addresses with no issues.”

“AVOID IT. AVOID IT. AVOID IT. everything is wrong with this app and their useless customer service. I booked a transfer for the airport, I payed 50 bucks and got it confirmed. I called the hotline the evening before just to double check and guess what, when I woke up the transfer was cancelled with no notification at all. Not an email, not a notification, nothing. Almost missed my flight because of their service. And WORST OF ALL, I got a refund on my balance on their app, and it looks like I'm not able to transfer them to my bank account. I just got 50bucks stuck on their freakin useless app. This service is totally a scam. BEWARE AND NEVER TRUST THEM.”

“They were terrible. I used in Panama City Panama. After calling the local office and also speaking to the driver direct they did not show up. The driver told me that the security guard into the terminal would not let him in. We were forced to call Uber who showed up just in time for us to make our flight. After the fact I have been trying to get my money back but they are liars. They believe these vendors who are lying about the situation and resume to give me my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BOOKING NUMBER 13606461”
