“Terrible service, would recommend booking direct with drivers as they charge 6% on top of price and take 25% off the drivers. I have been waiting since November 2022 for a payment. I have emailed several times and still cant get a definite answer when payment will be made. I have sent them an invoice for late payment of 10 months and instructed a solicitor to contact them. I have also asked for COMPLAINTS procudure to which I have had to reply. I have requested my account closed which so far I have had NO REPLY - Avoid as very poor”

“I'm writing a review after my first trip. The driver arrived at the right place at the right time. The car was clean and fresh. The driver was friendly but not chatty at the same time. Good prices too.”

“Do not use Get Transfer - their customer experience is terrible. I had a booking that they did not turn up to and then cancelled after the booking time - leaving me with no replacement and no alternative. I had another booking with them that I then cancelled ahead of time (5 days out), based on this experience and they then kept all the money for that booking - providing no refund. This is not a good company and I thoroughly recommend you do not use them.”

“Overall an excellent way to book a reliable transfer, although the prices did not seem all that low to me. The driver could communicate in English on Whatsapp, but he was not so comfortable with it in person. He didn't have any water for us even though it was very hot in Antalya.”

“Very friendly drivers in excellent cars both times there and back. Both had a relaxed driving style. When we arrived in Barcelona the driver was there as expected. On the return to the airport the other driver showed up on time as well.”
