“As a driver they owe me $4000 since 2020 and refused to pay me. They continue to want me to provide services to them. I won't work with them. Let alone use them. Let them burn.”

“Antonio was very punctual, extremely friendly and courteous. I needed to change the day of my return but the customer support took care of it easily. I cam most definietely recommend gettransfer to travellers!”

“Our car arrived 15 minutes early so no stress wondering if it would turn up. Very pleasant driver knew the area well. Greattrip! It was a tight fit for four, but not too bad for a 30 minute journey. Next time I'll choose a bigger car. otherwise all good.”

“Great driver Roger. Gave us lots of useful tips about the town, including some good local cafes. He entertained the kids all the way there. We immediately booked our return transfer with him. Thanks for such a great driver!”

“- They haven't paid to drivers for a long time - You maynot be met at the airport - In case of any delay, You can pay more or even driver will be left without notice. You have to pay for expensive call or other taxi service - The vehicle and other stuff You book maynot match your reservation (e.g. lower class vehicle, no wi-fi or child seat, language) - If you want to cancel, or any driver doesn't show up, They won't return your money to your credit card. They will just offer you other transfer service - Most of the drivers, without necessary licenses and insurances. In case of any issue, You can be in a big trouble - Many of the positive reviews are fake, they pay for reviews - It seems they are Russian scam company even without a proper address and communication means soon going to bankruptcy”

“The entire experience went smoothly, from booking to arriving at my destination. The app is really intuitive to use and even works on my old Samsung. The only downside: online chat is not very helpful.”

“This a scam! I paid for a taxi to pick up my parents, no one showed up to pick them up. I keep getting other offers for a pick up. The way this site work is by car, if you have an expensive car picking you up, you pay more. I am not paying for the car but the ride. Don't trust them, don't waste your money, shop around!”

“Although the transfer itself went just fine, the contact with the driver before he picked us up was not so great. He mentioned he didn't speak English. Okay but he should use google translator to communicate, especially since he was yang enough to know how to use gadgets.”

“Unreliable Company. Stay away from this service. I waited one hour for driver. Then he finally showed up in a different car and our luggage didn’t fit in. Customer service unreliable and not interested in resolving the matter professional and refund money to my credit card. One and done. Never again. Don’t use this service.”

“Stay well away from this company. Total refusal to refund monies when service was received. Diabolical customer service, will avoid answering any questions. Would recommend any other company from this.”

“The car was spacious with air conditioning. The driver was very kind and went the extra mile. He carried our luggage first to the car and then at the end of the trip to the entrance of the hotel. Thank you. I recommend Gettransfer!”
