“The transfer was booked by my son. The driver was waiting with a big sign and a big smile. We really appreciated the efficiency and the warm welcome. He also carried our luggage from the parking lot to the hotel.”

“I received a confirmation sms when I booked, and the a whatsapp message before the pickup, so it was all very reassuring from the start. Punctual and pleasant driver. The car was very comfortable. I will use them again.”

“It was terrible. I don't even know how anyone can recommend this. I booked a transfer from the airport to my home. I calculated the estimated time of arrival, booked the trip and paid the full amount. And the flight was delayed - you know how it happens. All you have to do is sit and wait for the gate to open. I tried contacting support to inform the change, and guess what they told me? They gave me one hour to be there. They said the driver cannot wait for me. Well, it’s more or less clear, but that's about the change? I was told it was impossible. And if I want to make any changes, I have to place another order. So that's all I got, despite my prepaid I didn't get service at all. And even more, they don't do refunds. Please be aware and do not buy good reviews, because they cannot be relied upon in unforeseen situations. And you won't be allowed to return your money.”

“After a flight, it's so nice to have a transfer waiting. It's stress-free, and the price is good. Sure, public transport is cheaper, but then you have to worry about buying tickets, finding your way, carrying your luggage. For me, this is the way to go.”

“Exceptional ride from Phuket airport. Our flight was late yet the driver (said we can call him Joe) waited for us and even called the hotel to warm them of the delay. I must say the customer service was the best! I will definitely use these guys again.”

“A nice and clean Tesla took me from Lisbon airport to my hotel. The driver was exceptionally friendly and super punctual, he had arrived 20 minutes early and sent a picture of where he was waiting. No complaints whatsoever.”
