“The driver arrived on time, met us with a sign, helped carry our luggage. He asked us if it was ok to stop at a gas station. No problem, we bought a snack at the store. We enjoyed everything. Thank you.”

“I prefer Uber and similar apps. But I always plan my mom's transfer in advance. The drivers meet her with a sign and always help with her suitcase. I recommend especially to those who often order a car for their relatives.”

“Forget it!! I booked a return transfer from Nashville Int Airport knowing that it was about the same price as a taxi, but more convenient, yer right. However, after waiting an hour at the airport, contacting the driver (no response) and the company direct i still had to catch a taxi. I cancelled the return trip, of course. I have just received my refund? 50% of my outlay, not happy, but a lesson learned as i will not recommend or use this shower again. P.S. You cannot give minus ratings.”

“We booked a transfer to Antalya. Very engaging and funny driver Kemal. He made our kids laugh the whole way. And at the same time he drove very carefully and responsibly. I wish we could have chosen him again for the return trip.”

“Reliable driver and effective communication. The flight was delayed by an hour. I sent an email to gettransfer to let them know. I was told that everything was fine and that the driver and knew about the delay. A pleasant ride followed.”

“This is just a plain scam. Refunds are impossible, they hide behind the "User agreement" you have to agree to, but they don't follow it themselves and if you point that out they get very quiet.”

“The driver asked me to leave 10 minutes early because "I have another pickup after you". Not cool. The rest of the trip went fine. I was on a business call, and he turned off the radio for me. Also he helped to unload my luggage. Not a good start, but the driver improved over the course of the trip.”

“We booked a transfer from Bali airport to our hotel. Unfortunately our first flight was delayed, so we missed our connecting flight. I E mailed as soon as we knew we were going to be delayed. I had 2 managers come back to me, saying they would connect the driver. The driver never came back to them saying he will collect us later. I then asked for a refund, they said the booking was non refundable. I would advise you to not book with them. Book via your hotel, it might be slightly more. But they will definitely be more flexible.”

“I has reserved a transfer for 4 people. The vehicle that arrived was an SUV that required three of us to climb into the back seat. Since two were woman in their 70s we didn't expect that. Thanks to driver Roberto for helping them get in! Will not hesistate to hire this this company again.”

“I've used gettransfer several times and always received a fantastic service. This transfer in Egypt was a rather dated Toyota Camry but it smelled clean and brand new. Respect to the driver for taking care of his car. For the price I paid, it was a great experience. We arrived at the airport safely and in good time. Highly recommend!”

“Booked the taxi via their website to travel from downtown BKLYN to JFK. The driver called me and told me location where he he would be arriving. Everything went fine and the driver was very nice and the car was clean and fresh despite the slush outside. I offered a tip but he declined. He opened the door for me when I was leaving. A big thank you.”
