“Arrived on time and clean tidy vehicles. The only slight issue was that entered the wrong flight time when I booked. I called and asked the customer support advisor to update it but it seems he didn't make the change. I contacted the driver directly and we arranged a new time between us. It was good that he agreed, although it was my mistake. Thank you Alvaro, you are my savior!”

“I recommend based on the price and the quality. I had no problem with the service, everything was fine. My flight times changed and I just used the chat to tell customer support. On the return trip there was no problem either, on time and we arrived at MIA safe and sound.”

“This company is a total scam. I cancelled my airport transfer weeks in advance and they did not refund my money. There's no way to contact these people. They literally stole $181 dollars from me.”

“The confirmation of the ride came quickly with all the details of the driver. On the day itself the driver was 10 minutes ahead of schedule and so we got to the airport in very good time. The driver was friendly too.”

“Fine, went well. On time and flexible. We had to change to a different time and a different location. This was no problem. Great that the drivers phone numbers are in the confirmation email, so you can discuss things in advance. Also nice that you pay in advance with no hidden costs. Highly recommended.”

“Only positive things to say. We rented a number of vans for group trips in Spain. Neat drivers, clean vans, everything perfectly on time. Really nothing to complain about. Cancelled one van and the money was nicely refunded no problem. Definitely using them more often.”

“Asia cancelled my flight just 12h in advance. I was offered another flight leaving two hours earlier so had to change my booking at the last minute. With a simple WhatsApp, everything was rearranged and the next morning at 6:00 a.m. the car arrived at my door. Super reliable service!”

“SCAM. Booked rides in Mallorca, Spain but given contact information in Austria. Immediately got suspicious and started conversation with customer support to cancel and refund. They cancelled by ride and refuse to give me a refund. Am not disputing through credit card company.”
