“They came and did there job! The only thing I didn’t care for was the guy that came was packing a gun in his waist band which was Visible. I’m all for self protection but he could have covered it better when there are kids around! Very disrespectful in my opinion.”

“Effective, but with some issues. The contractor was late. We inquired 30 mins past the show-up window, and contractor came within another 30 mins. He said “it is on me...I forgot”.”

“Came on time after a confirmation email, reminder call the night before and another the day of pickup. Loaded up my old mattress and even carried in my new one. Done in a flash.”

“The guys showed up in within the window of time given. Need to improve the payment system to accept credit cards from out of state, since I was not in Atlanta. Problems accepting my card online and over the phone.”

“Simple interface to sign up, efficient communication with them including obtaining a COI for my building. They were a little late and there was no tracking of the driver, but they were very nice, very quick once they got there and careful as they moved things.”

“Driver kept me updated on their arrival time. They were supposed to come 8am-noon. Arrived around 1pm - but they had communicated and apologized to me several times throughout the morning. They were efficient and friendly.”

“The company was good and professionally. They removed my equipment timely and did not damage any property. However, I was not provided a phone call when they were en route as I was told they would.”

“Guys did a great job but weren't very careful getting the old furniture out. They ended up dinging some of the other furniture in the room as they moved it out of the door.”

“They arrived in the appropriate time window and took care of the pickup quickly. They provided plenty of reminders for the pickup and provided all the paperwork I needed to show the requester it was taken care of.”

“The service request process is very good, and quick, albeit the driver arrived about 45 minutes past the end of the promised time range, and I'm not sure that she would have called me with a new time if I hadn't called her at 11:55 and left a message, since she called back almost immediately after I left the VM. And, while they both wiped their boots before coming in there are some small statins on the carpet from their boots, which will hopefully come off. When they first arrived I mentioned I hoped that her office had told her the mattress was on the 3rd level of my townhome, and that there was no elevator. She said they hadn't, but continued with her pleasant, can-do attitude. (The $110 charge included $20 for the 2 flights above ground level, so her company was aware.) I would use them again and refer them to others.”

“The men were mannerly, took the mattress and box springs that were at the door and left. They did come at the very end or just after the time window I set had passed.”
