“On time. They called to ask if they could come early. It worked out for both of us. Polite young man and completed the job quickly. I recommend Load up if you have a need to haul things out of your home, storage room or business.”

“Very nice people. Tanya explained the process well. There is a small ding in the wall which happened when the adjustment was being made to carry the couch down the stairs, but other than that, all went well.”

“Service was good and on time, however, I called the office to request a refund for the disassembly of the treadmill and never got a call back. The pick up guys were happy that I did this and told me to let the office know. Not happy with the nonresponce from the office.”

“They came and did there job! The only thing I didn’t care for was the guy that came was packing a gun in his waist band which was Visible. I’m all for self protection but he could have covered it better when there are kids around! Very disrespectful in my opinion.”

“Effective, but with some issues. The contractor was late. We inquired 30 mins past the show-up window, and contractor came within another 30 mins. He said “it is on me...I forgot”.”

“Came on time after a confirmation email, reminder call the night before and another the day of pickup. Loaded up my old mattress and even carried in my new one. Done in a flash.”

“The guys showed up in within the window of time given. Need to improve the payment system to accept credit cards from out of state, since I was not in Atlanta. Problems accepting my card online and over the phone.”

“Simple interface to sign up, efficient communication with them including obtaining a COI for my building. They were a little late and there was no tracking of the driver, but they were very nice, very quick once they got there and careful as they moved things.”

“Driver kept me updated on their arrival time. They were supposed to come 8am-noon. Arrived around 1pm - but they had communicated and apologized to me several times throughout the morning. They were efficient and friendly.”
