“Initially had a slightly off experience, as the team assigned to me canceled at the last moment after I had waited all day. But, after calling customer support, I was assigned a new team, and they came the next day and did a great job with assembling the furniture I had purchased. They were friendly, got the task done, and at these prices it's hard to complain.”

“Daniel arrived within the scheduled time to haul away some large fencing sections from my parent's house. He was friendly and fast and it was a great relied to my mom to have this taken care of so easily. The booking process and the pickup process were both so easy, and it was a great value!”

“A flawless experience. Thomas came when promised (after giving us 30 minutes notice by text). He and his partner Noah were friendly and super-considerate. They carried a heavy broken refrigerator out of our basement and took it away along with a full Bagster. I can highly recommend them.”

“It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Loadup. The prices were reasonable and I was able to add an item with no problem and just a small increase in price. Laurence, the driver, was very professional and he kept in contact with me throughout the process. I have never used Loadup before and it was a very good experience”

“Excellent service and pricing! From the time I called loadUp this morning speaking with customer service rep Karthika then calling back to add an additional item the whole process was easy seamless. Within a few hours their team Joseph contacted me they we're in route. Once on site they were friendly, professional, careful handling everything with ease. “This heavy 2nd floor move out with a curved stairway was not an easy job, but Derrick and his helper were so nice and polite the entire time! They arrived ahead of time, did an amazing job and finished the job quickly. I was not comfortable paying ahead of time, but I'm glad I went against my better judgement and will definitely use LoadUp again!”

“I had a great experience with load up. I had never heard of the company before. Everything they promised they came through with. From the designated time of arrival to the execution. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to anyone I know that needs Service with moving furniture. I am over the moon with how easy the process was!! Great service!!”
