“Awesome Ali and his partner were more than outstanding. I had added another item to my order. They fixed my screen door which had not been able to stay open. Extremely helpful. The automatic Lifting chair had to be disassembled before they could move it out. They ready went beyond my expectations. I would recommend you to anyone and will call you next time I need junk removed ******”

“There is nothing that could have been better about LoadUp's service. Not only does the driver keep you updated on arrival time via text, but the customer is given his phone number so that we can call or text him if we wish. Their removal & assembly of the bed parts was top-notch as well. I recommend them as highly as possible!”

“Following my online contact with Load Up, things were very efficient. The agent was great to work with, the price for 10 large heavy items was fair, the two people who came to load them were terrific handling every detail themselves. The crew was a few hours out of the designated time frame but kept in constant contact and knowing our traffic, etc. in the PNW, we understood. I will definitely use them again. Thx, LoadUp!”

“Great experience! Easy to setup online. Appreciated the pricing transparency, very reasonable pricing (much better than You Got Junk and the 5 others I reviewed) and the clear and consistent communication from the time the order is placed through to the time the truck pulls away from your location. The two men sent to pick up my items were very professional, friendly, quick and efficient. They were a pleasure to deal with! (Shout out to Gerardo's team!) I will definitely be using Loadup again and gladly recommend this company if you are trying to choose a company to remove items from your home or business. 👍👍🙂”

“I commonly donate anything I am no longer using that is in great condition. But, in this case, it was exercise equipment. So, although I had to pay to have it removed you offered the option to donate it. I hope this piece of equipment can be used by someone else. I appreciate the simplicity of your process including the upfront quote, communication, next-day pick up and option to donate. Thanks so much.”

“I hired LoadUp to carry an adjustable bed frame (approximately 130 lbs) from my basement to a second-floor bedroom. The person assigned to my job was a gentleman named Tyrone. In just 10 minutes, Tyrone had the frame in my bedroom without touching any walls or causing damage to either my house or the frame. Tyrone was courteous, talkative, and strong. If I need LoadUp again, I will specifically request Tyrone!”
