“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled a junk removal appointment and they didn’t show up at the agreed-upon time. They rescheduled for the next morning, but once again failed to arrive when promised—finally showing up close to 8 p.m. that evening. I understand delays can happen, but there was little communication or accountability throughout the process. The crew was polite once they arrived, but the lack of reliability made the overall experience frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a company that values punctuality and clear communication.”

“Nothing but compliments! Provided White Glove new mattress setup and old mattress removal. Notified when truck was on way. Delivery within minutes of stated arrival time, which itself is rare and and appreciated. Driver plus one man were neat, efficient and VERY helpful. Very pleased. Will use this company for other services.”
