“Excellent service. Loaders removed two heavy recliners from the second floor. Removal took a great deal of strength and creativity to carry chairs down two flights of stairs. Loaders were professional, friendly and courteous.”

“Order picked up and loaded in very dirty pickup truck, not a "company truck", by young girl in jeans, no Load up logo on anything..very unprofessional, very Sketchy! Truck had Nebraska tag covered with dirt; I took pictures to forward to Sharetown and Resident Home, as well as KS Attorney General to attach to complaint filed last week (This is an active case). If not a legitimate company and I don't get my refund, I will post on Facebook warning people not to purchase ANYTHING from that company, which will affect your company as well!!”
