“I was never told there was a time span in which the movers would show up. I request to start at 8:00 am. When I found out the truck was delayed an hour I called and asked if the team could come at 9:00. I was told a team wasn’t even scheduled yet, the agent said he would change the time to between 9 - 12, which I then realized they didn’t inform me they had a time frame in which to show up. If I had known this I would not have hired the company. I then cancelled the order. I was then told there would be a 50% cancellation cost even though they didn’t even have a team scheduled yet. I would give the company ZERO stars if it was an option.”

“It was easy to book a mattress pickup online. I may have been lucky but it was picked up in about two hours. The mover, Terrell, was friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.”
