“Roberto and Devel were absolutely wonderful! They were patient, listened well to my concerns, and were very efficient. They worked quickly but carefully. They were done in half the time I expected. Everything was secured, even some very large and heavy mirrors. Not one item shifted while in transit 300 miles. Roberto even gave me some of his tie down rope when I had forgotten to buy some. A very professional team.”

“My 1st time using LoadUp. I had a 92" couch and matching oversize chair. They removed the feet from the furniture to get them through the door. Excellent service! I'll definitely use them again.”

“I had lawn refuse that the city refused to pick up - too heavy and had some dirt. What was worse was we had guests coming and who wants trash in the driveway?! I found LoadUp and they were amazing from the very beginning. A very courteous person answered the call, had me take pictures so they could quote, and scheduled for the next morning. And even better, they encouraged me to get rid of more stuff in the trip for a bulk rate - so I got rid of electronics that we had in storage. An amazing company and great service for a decent price.!”

“Movers were scheduled for today to load a pod at my home. It was the final step in my move. The pod was to be picked up tomorrow morning and I was to leave town following this pickup for the 4th of July holiday. I already paid up front for this move. It's now 9 pm. No movers ever showed up. No phone call to cancel. When I called in to Load up, I was placed on hold, where I stayed for approx ten minutes. As I waited, the call was disconnected. When I tried calling again, the call immediately went to a recorded message. I called in 3 times just to verify my appointment. Each time I was assured they would be arriving at scheduled time. Had they told me earlier I could have scheduled with another company. Because the movers never showed, I had to reschedule the pod pickup to a later time. Because of the holiday, they had no availability until Monday to pick up the pod, due to the holiday on Friday. This is causing a great inconvenience to my neighbors who only agreed to the placement of this pod with the understanding that it would only be in place for less than 48 hours. It will now be an additional 96 hours before it is picked up.”

“The Loaders Okai Sackey and his associate were both courteous, prompt and very professional. They made short work removing my sectional sofa with recliners and a sleeper. I highly recommend them for future jobs.”

“There has been a trash issue where I live and it would have been 3 weeks before the trash would have been picked up. I decided to have a private company come and I chose LoadUp. They arrived when they said and sent texts enroute. The trash was bag from 4 barrels plus I had a couple of items. All the work was done professionally and quickly. Thank you LoadUp.”

“My first loader was Nicholas Stanley, and my experience with him was AWFUL! He did not return 3 voice mails that I left. He was due at 4:00 PM, and at 4:15 PM, I was finally able to reach him after calling customer service. He was still about 2 hours away and complained about his experience with his current customer. He ended up cancelling our order, and a new loader was assigned. Our 2nd loader was Breanna Mitchell, and she was amazing! Please understand that the rating above is for Breanna, and NOT for Nicholas. She was EXCELLENT!! I fully expect a discount for the awful customer service that I received.”

“If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I scheduled a pickup for today, the pickup was confirmed for 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM. No one showed AND absolutely NO information was given to me. I called 5 times and FINALLY heard back at 11:15, only to be told that they had to push the window back to 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, despite the storms in the area. I still have absolutely NO INFORMATION from the company. When I asked for a direct number to call, I was given the customer support line, which leads to a voicemail. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THEM”

“I scheduled my pick up days in advance for 8am - 12 pm pickup. I had not heard anything by 11:15 so I called the company for update and went straight to voicemail. Had to call back again and told me they didn’t have a team assigned yet. Wish I booked a different company instead.”

“Load Up was so easy to schedule a pick up! They were kind and courteous from phone call to the job finish! It wasn’t until after I scheduled that I looked at their “About Us” page and was happily surprised to see their purpose was first and foremost about God! I know they contract out; the company they used for my job was Happy Hauling Junk Removal. Matt called a hour before he arrived with his ETA, and again when he arrived. Both Matt and Scott were polite, friendly and careful. They removed a heavy washing machine from tight quarters. Excellent job, gentlemen! I would use both Load Up and Happy Hauling again!”
