“I had some issues with the company that was supposed to haul away my old mattress at the same time they delivered the new one. They said they did no such thing--RIGHT. So the mattress company set me up with LoadUp and I am so glad that they did. I was able to schedule my pick up and the gentlemen that came by were incredibly professional, careful, and so nice! Thank you LoadUp”

“The guys that picked up my mattress were very professional and courteous. I had a heavy mattress to take down and turning staircase plus down a long walkway-NOT an easy task. But these guys made it look easy. Great service!”

“Called to see if they could pick up hours earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. Told them I was not home which was ok with them and when I returned home the item was gone. Will use this company again”

“One scheduled appointment and one rescheduled appointment did not happen - no phone calls and the numbers provided for the drivers were never answered when called. They suggested rescheduling again - I don’t think so. Very disappointing service.”

“The winkled company gave a a four hour window to allow the pick up drivers to arrive (12-4) but I didn't have to wait that long they came at 1 pm. They were very kind, helpful and professional. I'm very much satisfied with them. Thank you!”

“On the date scheduled for pickup the "loader" who agreed to do the pickup was a no-show. I called LoadUp and they made an appointment for the next day with another "loader". The "loader" crew that arrived on time was a 5 star crew. They adeptly disassembled my huge treadmill and carted it away.”
