“Carlos and Dylan worked magic! We had large furniture that they were able to take in one load. Very friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Load Up was easy to work with over the phone. Prices were set, paid, and FIRM. Excellent company!”

“This was a pickup old & assemble new order. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the LOADUP-Customer-Service after the initial order purchase. It was IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a live person about the delivery. IMPOSSIBLE TO 'CHAT ONLINE'. Only contact is via TEXT & they were FAIRLY RESPONSIVE to their 'way-too-many" "TEXT US" numbers. Every comm has a different 'phone' number. It was STRESSFUL & DIFFICULT to figure out what is going on and when. The CONTRACTED teams don't get all the info they need & they CAN'T CONTACT ANY LIVE PERSON either! First LOADUP gave my order to a contractor who couldn't deliver in the requested timeframe, after I texted, they reassigned but then provided no info to me. The CONTRACTOR 2-man team that did show up (called first) were nice fellows and the leader knew what he was doing & was strong, which made his helper able to be helpful enough. Big sighs of relief when they got done. Had to go back thru the packing materials to find documentation needed so TG I didn't let them take the big boxes. The STRESS re: LOADUP logistics & dispatch communication is why I rated 3 stars MAX. LOADUP should provide details about the contractor & team, they didn't. LOADUP misrepresents how LOADUP-Cust-Svc contact is possible. The contractors got here & got the job done so they would get more stars.”

“All was good until the drive REQUIRED us to play him a tip. For one. He was bot working for me. This company OkiOki is who rhe most uncomfortable matress ever came from so it was being returned to them via their trial policy. Not only did my husband help him load the kind size matress he come to the door and said he had told me me on the phone that he requires a tip and that didn't happen. So had to give $20 for a 900+ dollar matress that I hope I get refunded for. So not sure who to blame is but I blame Oki Oki”

“I typed on their site what I wanted picked up and when the company they hire to get it said they were told of only 4 items!!! I would not pay 212.00 for that! I was able to get a partial refund but their site is not user friendly and they cause me a lot of undo stress!!! I would never recommend them to anyone!!!”
