“The vendor did not show up at all as I waited for four hours in the evening. Said he would come over if I went to Home depot and bought him a hazmat suit! Would not pick up my mattress for disposal because it might be dirty. Rescheduled for the next day. Load up resceduled but did not consult with me about the new time, which I could not do. Eventually, my mattress got removed but and they gave a ten dollar credit on future use of Loadup. Cheekie no?”

“My scheduled time for pick up was between 8 and 12, Yudiel and his partner showed up before 10:00 am and was out by 11:00. Very professional and friendly, they disassembled some pieces that were too heavy to carry out. I am extremely impressed and happy with this company and will use again for my other items that need to be removed.”

“4.5/5. Team Emily was courteous and fast with loading the furniture onto their trailer. Please have some sort of identification on the truck to let clients know when you've arrived. I also like that they donate the furniture when possible.”

“I was easily able to schedule a pick up time that fit my schedule. The pick up went well and the driver called about 30 minutes ahead to give an estimated arrival time. The ease of hauling away old furniture and the price quoted was fabulous.”
