“The driver was great! However, my pick-up was for between noon and 4pm. The pick-up was delayed twice, the driver arrived at 7:30. The driver was very apologetic. However, I think this company really needs to revamp its scheduling system. The driver said he didn't know about my pick-up until 2pm and he was coming from Atlanta. I think the drivers need to know their schedule at least one day before the pick-up. I probably won't use them again.”

“Great experience with LoadUp to dispose of an old StairMaster. Easy online next-day scheduling and decent cost—upfront fixed pricing sealed the deal. My loader Ramel was fast and efficient. Would use again, for sure.”

“Reasonable price, the staff is amazing, from Ethan to Kansas the gentleman who pick up my furniture. I called other places way to expensive. They text at least 2X a day to confirm. I give It definitely a 5 star . Thanks! Load up.”

“Terrible! Would not use this company. Have waited more than 12 hours for a crew over 3 days and been rescheduled twice. Promises go unfulfilled and all they can do is say sorry. I’ve asked for a vacated rental property to be cleaned out, paid up front and have had no crews show up. Excuses and more. Find a different service within the Pinellas area.”

“EZ process and excellent experience from start to finish! Everything needed was explained online. The process steps were clear and concise. I followed the instructions: items being picked up, date and time needed, cost, and payment. No guessing! No drama! Items were picked up on the agreed upon date/time. Done! I will definitely use this service again!”
