“Tony and Phil were excellent! They were friendly & professional; very customer-service oriented. Not only did they set-up the adjustable bed and mattress, they made sure that it worked and we understood how to operate it. Also, even when "their order" didn't include removing the old mattress, they didn't hesitate to accommodate. Everything went off without a hitch. Thank you, Tony & Phil!!”

“Gabriel was very nice. Called me on the way to me, when he was 30minutes away, and when he was in lobby. He and his helper were efficient and quiet and too bed and all the parts. Also said he would give it to someone who could use it. I asked three times because i really want someone to have it. The bed is new a year old. Thank you load up for your services.”

“Reuban and his father, Victor, were very courteous and professional and they took the needed time to make sure all items were carried out of the house carefully. They were able to load all items into their trailer and van with all items being very secure. Even though they arrived outside the given time frame they contacted me as to their ETA and again when they were less than 25 minutes away. Very pleased with choosing LoadUp.”
