“Got their service set up for the removal of my old mattress and foundation when I purchased my new set. Once I received the new set, I set up my appointment and it was super easy. I had set it up for "afternoon" but they got busy and had to push it back a couple hours. Transparency from an "on the way" message to watching the progress tracker and them showing up to pack up and take away the old set was great. I did already have the old set outside and ready for pick up, so it was an easy stop. 5/5, A+”

“I called LoadUp on Friday for furniture pick-up. I was offered my choice of time slots For that Sunday! The associate was pleasant, listened to my story, and uber efficient. Almost immediately I received a text from LoadUp confirming those details. Saturday another quick reminder text. Sunday, I then received a very cordial text from the driver. He checked in and said he was 30 minutes away- Would we be available at an earlier time? No pressure at all. We enthusiastically said,YES! He and his helper arrived promptly and my husband took them to the furniture. We had disassembled the furniture already. It only took them 12 minutes to finish the job. AMAZING!!! We have a recently blended household with lots of extra STUFF. When we get ready, we totally, without any reservation , will always call LoadUp! In awe- Laurie and Steve”
