I live in Canada and I ordered the Sympathy basket for my Aunt who lives in Australia, and she loved it so much! I ordered it on Tuesday and the next day it was at her house. The delivery driver apparently just left the parcel at the hospital loading dock. It wasn’t located until days later when the contents was spoiled due to weather.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Please know due to the current Covid situation, most deliveries to a hospital are not permitted or are occurring via the loading dock. I sent three baskets Two were delivered One was unable to be delivered and trackers told me it had been taken back to Greenacre I didn’t find out until after the weekend that it had been left at the nearest post office where we could have picked it up and delivered to my Covid sick grandson Edith Klimt

We are sorry to hear the delivery did not occur as planned, as the delivery driver should have left a card in the letterbox advising there was something to collect from the local post office. I liked the range of goodies available and especially the option of adding extra items of personal choice. My only complain, is that the delivery date wasn't very accurate. It took 4 days more (includes the weekend) than the anticipated 2 days I was told once after placing the order. The gift only just arrived before my recipient was due leave for a trip away.

The basket and contents were good. I was not happy with the fact that no contact was made with my daughter (the recipient) on arrival as per my request. This meant she had to chase around to find the parcel & eventually found it had been left at her local post office. no card or notification was left in her mail box. Not happy. Disappointing and a time waster having to chase what should have been an uplifting gift to our unwell daughter.
