“The basket and contents were good. I was not happy with the fact that no contact was made with my daughter (the recipient) on arrival as per my request. This meant she had to chase around to find the parcel & eventually found it had been left at her local post office. no card or notification was left in her mail box. Not happy. Disappointing and a time waster having to chase what should have been an uplifting gift to our unwell daughter.”

“I was disappointed at the lack of communication regarding order. I had to chase it up. Also it said when buying that it would be delivered on the 14th. It came on the 17th . After my sons birthday. Apart from that . Jez said it was a lovely surprise. Thanks Maria”

“I am living interstate to where the gift basket was to be delivered. So I had to go with what I saw online. My friend absolutely loved it and she is a very discerning person and said the quality was excellent. So very happy with the product. Very happy with the delivery - it was delivered on the date requested. In general- Excellent”

“Amazing service from the customer service interaction to the beautifully presented hamper and quality items through to the delivery which was timely and also professional. Overall a very professional high quality product and experience. First time I have used this company and I look forward to it is long their services again ….. hopefully I can be on the receivers end one day too!!!🙏”

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We apologise that an item was removed from your order without prior notification. Please know our standard practice is to call and email all customers regarding items that are out of stock when we can not replace the item for a similar item. We can confirm at the time of the item being removed from your order, the item was also refunded, meaning we were not charged for an item that was not received.
