The basket was beautifully wrapped and delivered. All items were lovely and the client loved them.

Purchasing get well presents for people you work for Is hard. Gourmet baskets made the process so simple and meaningful. They took the admin out of my hands! Couldn’t recommend this platform more!

Ordered a Xmas hamper for a family member added quite a few extra items but the recipient never received these extra items. Thankfully I asked the recipient to take a photo of his gift hamper to show me what it looked like as the company needed this photo as proof the extra items weren’t received. Their email address failed to work as I sent loads of emails trying to get this sorted but they said they were never received, it took a live chat to fix the problem where I could show the photo whilst chatting. The items were then sent to the recipient. What I didn’t receive from the company is an explanation as to how these got missed in the first place. I’d recommend them for a run of the mill hamper just watch if you add extra items that they do send them and not just pocket the extra cash.

I rang and spoke to support regarding the gift card message being a collection of farewell wishes. I was told to email them through and then put a note to say I'd email the messages through in the gift card text area on the online order. The gift basket recipient ended up with a gift card that states "I will send an email with messages from the team for Lyla"

It was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of Jan 2022 but it’s still stuck at the delivery depot with no indication of delivery!!!!!!! What is going on!

I have used Gourmet Baskets a couple of times and have always been delighted with their quality and service. They went over and beyond with an instant refund for an order which had to be cancelled. Recently. Well done Gourmet Baskets! 10/10

The basket was delivered a day later than promised, after the gift recipient had checked out of the accommodation without any communication from GB. This was despite me sending the company an email stressing the importance of delivery date before the recipient checked out. Was interesting to see that cheese was shipped (gift box came from Sydney to Brisbane according to the company) unrefrigerated.
