“Hi, not able to properly rate this services as we have not yet received delivery. Customer service has been good in that they are organising re-delivery (courier not able to locate package - deemed lost. Delivery is due either today or tomorrow (fingers crossed).”

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are so sorry to hear your hamper was misplaced/stolen. Please know we have looked into your order and can see the hamper was signed for, I believe this information was also provided to you. Unfortunately deliveries to a hospital can sometimes be tricky as all hospitals are different, with different rules and restrictions, when it comes to accepting deliveries. The courier drivers must follow the direction provided to them upon delivery. Thank you, GB Team
