“I like the website, loyalty program and hampers (particularly when on sale), but the products in the hamper were all near end of life and tasted stale. This leaves a bad impression for the gift”

Please know our delivery dates are not guaranteed and this is noted when going through the checkout process - with that said we do understanding the disappointment.
