“I have been using Gourmet Basket to send gifts from my company for some time. I used to receive notifications when the gift was shipped as well as notifications when the gift was delivered. These no longer happen and I now have to follow up to find out if in fact the order has gone out. Disappointing and something else to have to follow up on.”

“I was very dissapointed with the basket that I sent to my Pop in Canberra. It arrived two days earlier when I had asked for it to be delivered on the Monday, he recieved it on the Saturday. The basket had been damaged in transit, and when I told him how much it had cost me he was appalled. His photo looked very different to the one on your website. You obviously took a picture of the empty packets as well as the contents to make the basket look more impressive. I was so upset that I had sent such a bad gift.Maybe next time I will simply send him the money and tell him to buy his own Wine and goodies.”

“We had an order that should have been delivered on a Friday in time for a 50th birthday on the Sunday. Unfortunately, the hamper was not delivered until Monday only after chasing up with the office about its location. Even though it was an issue with Star Track, we didn’t get what we arranged.”
