The contents were fine but the whole thing was delivered in a cooler bag. There was no basket as listed in the write up.

The contents were great, and not GB’s fault likely but the wooden beer caddy was broken in 4 places. Likely dropped by couriers.

It's a lovely service to offer. Since the plandemic kept me from being able to celebrate my son's 21st birthday, I sent him a gourmet basket. It arrived the day after his birthday. I found it somewhat overpriced and my son felt that the beers included could have been less run of the mill. "gourmet" implies special and niche, but the beers were among the most common brands.

The recipient was very pleased with the appearance of the basket and its contents. She thought there was a lot of wasted space within the basket however. And I was unhappy that the gift did not arrive, as requested, on her birthday.

Only feedback I would have is one of the extra items I added to the basket was swapped out for a different product without letting me know. I ordered fig and orange chocolate but instead my friend received Pana golden comb. Otherwise, she love her hamper.

The content and timing of delivery as well as communication was great. Unfortunately the card was incorrect and did not have the message I had sent. The recipient called me as my number was attached and that's how she knew the gift was from me. It took a little of the magic away as she initially thought it was sent to the wrong person.
