“Great quality products and wide range of options. Very easy and convenient to arrange. Delivery was on time. Only drawback is that the gift box was delivered without the card message card and recipient was unsure of sender.”

“Took some time to be delivered from the date I actually booked it in to the time it was supposed to be dropped off at door but I do understand postal deliveries are busy at this time. Other wise quite happy”

“Ordered white wine because recipients prefer white but received red! I realise that substitutions can be made but I should have stipulated white only should that occur!!!”

“I loved the bucket of sweets and also the amazing Whiskey Decanter. It was delivered very quickly and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the whisky glasses. I asked for the best glasses and I paid $60 for them. They looked very flimsy. I had to go to Myer to purchase better glasses.”

“Basket was beautiful and my mum loved it. Was a little bit disappointed with the delivery process, the basket was several days late, communication to me indicated I would get a refund on the shipping, never heard from anyone from the team in regards to this again.”
